What are the limitations of the AI? Can I correct its mistakes?

This is a critical question. Our AI is designed to be a powerful assistant, not a replacement for clinical expertise. While it excels at rapidly extracting and organizing data, it is not infallible.

Yes, you can and should correct its work. The entire platform is built around a human-in-the-loop philosophy. Every piece of data the AI extracts for a report must be reviewed and approved by a user. You have the final say. You can:

  • Reject inaccurate or irrelevant findings.
  • Approve correct findings.
  • Edit and add your own clinicianImpression to any finding, ensuring your expert opinion is what shapes the final report.

We believe in transparency. The goal of our AI is to handle the 80% of tedious work, freeing you to apply your expertise to the 20% that requires true clinical judgment.

How does Records Rocket handle security?

We use encryption at rest and in transit, two-factor authentication (2FA), and single sign-on (SSO) to ensure your data is secure.

How fast is document processing?

For rapid analysis, most records are processed within minutes. Larger or more complex files may take slightly longer, but our system is optimized for speed.

Can I search for specific information?

Yes. Search capabilities include filtering by provider, procedure, document type, visit type, and encounter type. For example, for a lung cancer case, the IME may want to filter by oncology, radiology, or pulmonology records.

Can the platform read handwritten notes?

Yes. Records Rocket employs a combination of advanced OCR technologies to provide exceptional recognition of handwriting. If a human can read it, our software generally can too. However, accuracy can vary with legibility, and all extracted information should be verified against the source document.

Does Records Rocket support non-English records?

Yes, this is available as a beta feature. While the primary interface is in English, the platform can process and analyze non-English records in supported languages.

Does Records Rocket integrate with case management systems?

Yes. It integrates with existing case management software via modern RESTful APIs and webhooks. Additional integration fees may apply depending on the complexity of the integration.
